FAQs
The questions businesses ask first.
The counter screen is built to be picked up quickly, so training is usually measured in hours rather than days. Closing the day is a review of one screen, not a separate procedure to learn.
In VERTIK the day's sales and payments sit in one view, so the close is a check rather than a reconstruction. Till differences surface the same day, while they can still be explained.
Often enough that a difference is still explainable. VERTIK shows exactly where records and shelves disagree and keeps a trail of every correction, which makes frequent counting practical.
Because sales and purchases post into the accounts as they happen, closing the month becomes a review instead of a rebuild. There is no stack of receipts to reconstruct at the end.
Reps take the order on the mobile app with stock in view, and the office sees it straight away. No phone call to check availability, and no order lost between the road and the office.
On one customer record that the whole team can see — purchases, payments and notes together — rather than in a notebook, a personal phone or a spreadsheet only one person opens.
Yes. Most businesses start where the pain is and add modules as they need them. Because it is one system, the records carry over rather than being re-entered.
No. VERTIK runs in the browser, so there is no server to look after in the back office.
