Records kept inside a VERTIK workspace belong to the business that created them. Access is controlled by roles set by that business, and changes leave an audit trail.

Retention and removal

We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to remove them and we will.
